By browsing this website (hereinafter “Website”), the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Use described below. CARM maintains this website for individual use, in countries and territories where the consumption of alcoholic beverages is legal, for persons who are legally permitted to consume alcoholic beverages.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Use or placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted them. CARM reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Use after prior notice published on the website itself.

• CARM does not guarantee product availability at the time of order processing.
• In case of unavailability, CARM will offer substitutes or refund within 14 days.

5. Delivery
• Delivery times depend on order composition, destination and delivery method.
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
• CARM will make reasonable efforts to ship on time but delays may occur.
• Delays do not entitle the Customer to compensation.
• Delivery is considered completed upon signature of receipt.
• Failed deliveries may result in additional storage or transport costs.
• CARM is not responsible for compliance with destination country laws.
• Refused deliveries may be cancelled and refunded minus shipping and customs costs.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal
• The Customer may cancel the order before delivery and exercise the right of withdrawal under Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February.
• The Customer has 14 days after receipt to return the goods.
• The Customer must notify CARM by email or letter.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of notification, but may be withheld until goods are received.
• Additional delivery costs are not refunded if a premium delivery option was chosen.
• Returned items must be received before refund is issued.

7. Payments
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and include PayPal, Multibanco Reference, Bank Transfer and MB Way. Payment is charged at order time.

8. Copyright, trademarks and intellectual property
